Robert F. Kull
Robert F. Kull, born
in Michigan, received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science
from the University of California at Los Angeles and his law degree from
the University of California Hastings College of the Law. His career
started with the historical firm of Flint & MacKay, where he made
partner in only three years. When that firm was going through changes,
Bob moved as an equity partner for another firm that merged in the firm
now known as Carlsmith Ball LLP, the largest firm headquartered in the
Hawaiian Islands. He is admitted to practice law in California,
including in federal courts.
Bob’s outside
interests include acting as a co-owner/manager of the fine dining
restaurant, The Lobster, a
volunteer to BREATHE California of
Los Angeles County (formerly the American Lung Association of
Los Angeles County), weight training, automobile design and building,
and small construction projects.

Kevin P. Hall
Kevin Patrick Hall,
born in New York, is a 1985 graduate of Columbia Law School, where he
was Executive Editor of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law. He
earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in political science from
Trinity College, in Hartford, Connecticut, and he also attended Durham
University in England. He practiced business litigation at prestigious
law firms in downtown Los Angeles for eight years before opening his own
law office in 1993, having practiced law in Santa Monica since 1999. He
is admitted to practice in California, in the United States Court of
Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and all federal district courts in
California and Arizona.
Kevin speaks Spanish
fluently and he has represented many indigent clients on a pro bono
basis through Public Counsel
and Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles.
He is a volunteer for BREATHE
California of Los Angeles County and his hobbies include tennis,
guitar, and adventure travel.
